My tracking number is not working

If a tracking number returns nothing, the usual causes are:

• Not yet in the system. The number is created on our side first; the carrier registers it when the parcel physically reaches its hub. Waiting a few hours resolves most cases.
• Extra characters. Copying the number often carries a leading or trailing space.
• Wrong number. Your order number and your tracking number are different. Use the tracking number.
• Wrong carrier site. International shipments often hand over to a local carrier in the destination country; tracking may need to be checked there.

If it still cannot be traced more than one business day after dispatch, send your order number to info@coolharness.com or WhatsApp . We will check with the carrier and reply.
