I can't sign in

Common causes and fixes:

• Wrong password: passwords are case sensitive; check Caps Lock. If unsure, reset it.
• Wrong email: if you have several addresses, use the one you registered with.
• Unverified account: if the email verification was never completed, sign-in can be blocked, see verification email.
• No account yet: if you never registered, there is nothing to sign in to. Registering takes a few seconds.
• Browser issue: clear cookies, or try a different browser or a private window.

After several failed attempts a short cooling-off delay may apply for security reasons; wait a few minutes and try again.

If none of this works, email info@coolharness.com from your registered address. For security, never send us your password by email or WhatsApp. We will never ask for it.
